Either you're trying to report a nostats, or S2 have taken down RAP for the time being since they are having replay issues.

Can you make a screenshot of what it tells you when you try to submit a report or at least try to give us some kind of useful information? With all you have provided us we can only do guesswork and that will hardly be helpful.

Did you make too many invalid reports? nah havn't made too many this is my first one! i got reported the other day for something completely irrelavant and bullshit! but i couldn't be bothered disputing it!
its must be the patch or something but i dont see how someone else could report me but not me then, it doesn't have any games to choose from on the report abusive behaviour tab or u cannot select a player! :(
ohhh and btw it a normal MM game!
