If you hook someone, then die and buy back instantly, then you will fly all the way from spawn to your target.

I can't replicate it. There is no enough time to buyback at least... (I tried even some tricks with super-long Grapple using Portal Key)
i'm pretty sure he means in a no respawn game (since it looks like half of his games are midwars no reaspawn).
