As the topic asks, is the voice chat recorded?
ATM having a Night Hound in my game who said that he's gonna ruin the game for us because our Legi called him a noob. He decided to **** up our middle lane with his Iron Shield and bad skillbuild, not helping in fights aside from lasthitting with his Pounce and such, which would be normal for a very bad player, but he said that he's doing it intentionally in the voicechat
So is there anything to do in order to punish him?
