Someone who died a lot and was trash talking mostly his team admitted that he fed on purpose in the post game chat channel and was not made apparent to me until I directly asked if he did. Is post game chat channel viable to use as supplement proof of intentional feeding in a game? Basically, if I ask did you feed on purpose and a person says, "yes," would that make the RAP ticket viable?

In my experience people can play really badly and after their team flames them they respond with trolling.

"X: feed more noob"
"Y: ok here i go"

This doesn't mean he did it, or that he will do it. Maybe he was just trolling.
