Description:
Ocula uses his Energy to cast a powerfull beam from it's eye,
dealing damage and revealing the enemy.


Action: Target Unit

Type: Magic


Level 1: Deals 100 damage to enemy and reveals enemy for 15 seconds.
Level 2: Deals 175 damage to enemy and reveals enemy for 20 seconds.
Level 3: Deals 225 damage to enemy and reveals enemy for 25 seconds.
Level 4: Deals 300 damage to enemy and reveals enemy for 30 seconds.

Casting Range: 700

Mana Cost: 100 / 120 / 140 / 160
Cooldown: 20 seconds

Description:
Ocula's powers are able to reverse the damage that a unit recieves.

Level 1: Reverses all damage recieved by unit for 0.75 seconds.
Level 2: Reverses all damage recieved by unit for 1.25 seconds.
Level 3: Reverses all damage recieved by unit for 1.75 seconds.
Level 4: Reverses all damage recieved by unit for 2.00 seconds.

Level 2: Increases movement speed by 10%. Pulls enemy into Ocula by 125 units when damage is recieved.
Level 3: Increases movement speed by 15%. Pulls enemy into Ocula by 175 units when damage is recieved.
Level 4: Increases movement speed by 20%. Pulls enemy into Ocula by 250 units when damage is recieved.

I think it's a cool idea, but it just seems slightly plain. The concept art is really great, it'd be cute having that on your team.

It just seems like the 1st skill is a watered down version of Thunderbolt + Pesti's ulti.
The damage-swapping skill is an interesting idea. I'd like to see that.
The third; I'm not sure how that works at all. If OC is stuck, the attacker is pulled closer to OC? Or the other way around? In either case, this would make fleeing as OC very difficult, yet could help depending on who is pulled under which circumstance.

The ultimate needs a bit of a boost. ATM it's like KotF or Tempest's ulti, but without the damage, the stuns or the silences or anything. Plus it has a terribly long cooldown for it's small utility.
All in all, you're great at designing heroes, but I prefer some of your others to OC.

PS: I know what you mean about no replies and no votes. The same thing happened to my hero suggestion. Maybe that tells me something about her though, hehe.

third skill is based on this text: "if enemy hero attacks it gets closer to you"
pro: in a teamfight, this is better to synergy with your ultimate and for aoe damage
con: when u are chased this is bad (even tough it increases ur speed)
