Had some serious griefing/trolling/feeding going on

during the last game before servers went down. Will this person get banned? (hopefully to the fullest extent) And if so I assume i have to wait till tomorrow to submit? If the game wasn't recorded, I have screen shots of crap that was said including racism and full admittance to his actions with "lol servers down, can't ban me". Basically I'm asking; if the game was never "officially" recorded, can this kid receive due justice?

We cannot suspend somebody, for any reason, without evidence to back it up. 99% of the time that evidence is contained in the match replay and can be submitted normally thru RAP.

However, a screen shot can be sufficient evidence for verbal abuse even if a replay does not exist (or it was done in a chat lobby outside of a match). Upload the screenshot to a file hosting site (such as www.imgur.com) and send the link to an SGM. At that point we will look at it and take action accordingly. Only use this method if the replay does not exist!
