(back story crap)Would not pushing when everyone is and telling you to but you think is it a bad idea reportable?Is warding your team's ancients when you know you team is farming them with no explanation reportable (I did ask said warder, but no response)?Is not completely trying your 110% to do the absolute best you can reportable (in said game, one of my team-mates said they'd report me)?This info is most likely somewhere or other, but 3DSes and the HoN forums don't get along very well.

We never suspend people for the following:
Poor play
Poor decisions
Miss-clicks
Taking risks
Less than optimal strategies
That being said, let me address your three situations:
A player is entitled to feel that it is unsafe to push, regardless of whether it is technically true. As long as he is trying to help the team in some way, successful or not, it is not against the rules.
If there is any possibility that a placed ward has value to the team then it is not against the rules. Yes, there may be dozens of better places, but it is still not a waste. This falls under poor play or poor decision.
You do not have to play your best every match. Some people like to play casually, and they are entitled to do so.
