yes, you can, just watch replay from your teammates point of view and identify the right player who controled your hero

You can report a player for feeding a disconnected hero,

- First ensure unit reaction sounds are on
- then watch the replay from the point of view of the player you think fed your d/c'd hero
- when your hero is moving listen for the hero sounds from your hero while watching from the suspected player's point of view
- If you hear your characters catch phrases you know that player was controlling your hero

Please be sure you confirm which player did it before reporting them, as a simple admission may be wrong (i.e. they may be lying and it was not actually them)

You need to make sure it's set to 0ms so you can easily hero the sounds.
