"Red Hand " into GG taunt?

How i can change standard "Red Hand" taunt into for example GG taunt.
Some1 can help ;) ?

As far as I know, and I've been through the vast majority of these threads, you can't.
You will need to purchase any of the other taunts, the only taunt changers I've seen; change special taunts into other special taunts. For example Metal to GG.
