Avoiding AFK detection case

In a game one player said twice that he was going "AFK" he never helped the team, he cameback both times after our team got outnumbered. Is this reportable under this section? If you sum both times he went AFK I think it equals 5 min which leave the team the option to kick him but it didn't happened :(.

He had 12 kdr which can be found the reason why he didn't helped the team much. Also he stated after the game chat that "I'm going queue, wait if you don't want to play with me because I throw too much".

If a player goes AFK and/or comes back and plays the game, they are NOT guilty of Avoiding AFK Detection. If a player goes AFK and does something to remove their AFK flag without trying to play again, then they ARE considered to be Avoiding AFK Detection.
