DC Signs and Freezing but can still move and use items/abilities etc?

I keep getting DC signs and when this is up the game is frozen for me but apparently I can still move about clicking on the screen although nothing's moving.


I've already tried restarting computer, reinstalling HoN, and restarting internet and router. Nothing seems to be working.

Ping is stable and fine. This started happening only 2 days ago and I'm seriously confused as to why as no problems with HoN have been encountered of this type over my experience from closed beta.

That's normal when packets from the server are being dropped en route to you (the client.)
Open an elevated command console and type the following in it, then paste the results:

pathping masterserver.hon.s2games.com

After playing a laggy game, find the server's IP in the console.log. Search for "connecting" and you should be able to find it. Then, do a pathping to that.

It seems to have calmed down today, but I will play another 2 days and see if it is fixed for now :D

It could have had something to do with the backbone maintenance in London.
