He bought like 12 runes of blight so he can just eat our tree forest for fun...can i report for griefing?

In long, not enough information on what was happening in your particular game.
If you sell all your items to buy runes of blight, yes.
If you buy 12 and go afk with no effect on the outcome of the game (throne being destroyed when he did that) then no.
it's also afk avoiding/illogical refuse to participate.

He did this because his mate chronos wanted to eat (reported chronos for afk detection) so he just went and troll the game even more..

Did it possibly affect the outcome of the match?
Did he do it with the intent to irritate/annoy another player?
Did he do it to avoid AFK detection?
If the answer is yes to any of the above then it is against the rules. If he simply did it for fun because the game was clearly over then he will be found innocent.
