How does a random person have admin privileges?

random users cannot silence others.

He sure looks random to me.. the only thing I can see "different" about him is that he's a clan leader, but why would clan leaders be able to silence others in all channels? I say "all channels" because if he's able to silence in a post-match channel he must be able to silence everywhere. What's so special about him?

Ah, I see this has been moved to the bug reports section...

So this is a bug? Chandelure isn't some special secret moderator dude or anything?

That is the likely conclusion.
I cannot confirm nor deny whether they are BUT I can assure you a random person does not have admin rights to a random channel

If he isn't random then why would he not have an indicator proving that he isn't random? I understand if it's some guy with a [S2] or [GM] tag, but from a random clan...

A short conversation with this Chandelure implies that he's been using these sort of commands for a while now.

Just curious if he's gonna be punished if he's found to be exploiting commands he shouldn't have access to on his account.
