You call forth a Cyclone which disables the target.

[3]: 100 dps

Castrange: 700
Effect: Removes the cooldown on "Magical Feathers" if cast on the disabled target. Increases the damage taken by magical attacks by 10% (grants 1 Combopoint) but the target becomes immune to meleeattacks
Duration: 2
Manacost: 90/95/100/105
Cooldown: 12
Visual: Spreads all her wings and releases a cyclone with a sudden upward movement.

Visual: Spreads all her wings and releases a strong windblast with a sudden forward movement.

Imbues your Feathers with a magical charge.

[1]: deals 75% of your meleedmg or + 15% IAS on a friendly target
[2]: deals 900% of your meleedmg or + 20% IAS on a friendly target

[4]: deals 120% of your meleedmg or + 30% IAS on a friendly target

Effect: Ranged attack (600), grants 1 combopoint per cast also buffs a friendly unit with magical feathers or debuffs an enemy
Duration: 10 (refreshes)
Cooldown: 5 / 4 / 3 / 2
Manacost: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30
Visual: Attacks with one of the wings and launches a feather at the target

You swiftly charge towards a magically imbued target.

[1]: increases attackspeed by 200%, you deal 20% of your int as magic dmg and slows enemytarget by 50% for 2 seconds
[2]: increases attackspeed by 300%, you deal 25% of your int as magic dmg and slows enemytarget by 50% for 2 seconds
[3]: increases attackspeed by 400%, you deal 30% of your int as magic dmg and slows enemytarget by 50% for 2 seconds

Castrange: 1100
Effect: works pretty much as a blink and modifies your next x attacks - x = number of combopoints.
Duration: 1 attack per combopoint (maximum of 6 combopoints)
Cooldown: 15 / 10 / 5
Manacost: 60 / 80 / 100
Visual: Spreads all wings and appears at the target. You see an afterimage travel from the startingpoint to the current position. A dustcloud appears at the target location and settles after 2 seconds.

Increases the duration (and dmg) of Aerial Hold and gives you the chance to apply magical charges in a shorter period of time. Also makes it way easier to pick off the enemies 1 by 1 since the combination of Aerial Hold and Howling wind will seperate them.

Forced Synergy between Magical Feathers and your ultimate. SltW can only be used on targets with a magical feathers buff or debuff.

Goes very well with heros like Blood Hunter, Tempest, Zephyr or Engineer. You can use it in combination with the ultimate of Blood Hunter or to push enemies into Tempest's ultimate and so on. Also a valuable spell to split enemy forces and to pick them off 1 by 1.

Can be used to improve the damage done by spells so pretty much everyone on your team can do slightly more damage for a short period of time.

Gives you the opportunity to farm during laneplay, even if you face strong lanedominators. Can also be used to boost the damage of other physicaldamage heros.

can be used to chase down enemies and to increase your damage significantly. also improves your mobility on the battlefield a lot.

How does this hero work?!

A typical example would be you cast aerial hold on someone -> you get 1 combopoint -> you cast howling wind on him you get 3 combpoints (thanks to the synergetic effect) and the duration of aerial hold will be prolonged by 1 sec. now you can use magical feathers for some more dmg (while the target is under the effect of aerial hold you don't have any cooldown so its basicly an orb without cd and your attack is ranged) you will be granted further combopoints and you will place a debuff upon the target "magical feathers" (can also be used on friendly targets) - this is a requirement for your ultimate. Once you placed the buff/debuff on someone you can use your ultimate - if used on a friendly target you will lose 1 combopoint, but if you use it on an enemy you will use them all and your attacks/attackspeed will be modified for x hits (x = number of combopoints available).

nice concept! id like to play this hero really! maybe some minor balance issues but first we all have to try out or not ? im looking forward to test this hero!

higer cd on ultimate like around 1 minute

lesser damage on spell 3 or higer cd or more mana cost

Other wise good suggestion

lesser damagescaling on the 3rd skill might be appropriate - maybe 75% 90% 105% 120%?

you really think the ultimate needs a higher cooldown? 1 ultimate-use will cost 130mana (with 1 combopoint) if you aim for the full effect with 6 combopoints it will be at least 280mana and you are an agility hero so i think this alone will balance it out (you can't use it too often)
my primary aim for the ultimate is some sort of damageboost and a high mobility on the battlefield that's why it's having such a low cooldown (actually i am even considering to reduce the cooldown for lvl 1 and 2^^) some further comments on that topic would be great.

Hehe, while reading I thought "omg combopoints... that's gonna be a complicated one again", but actually it turned out quite smooth/simple. Some really nice skill concepts here.
