While featuring couriers and announcers adds a bit to the global aesthetic change, I think it's time Teams (Both guild and TMM) are able to add more flair to their side in-game.
These changes would only work if the team was of 3 people or bigger (and all belong to the same guild) or for the blue / pink slots in Tournament Mode.
Examples:
Skinned Towers - Change the appearance and shot of the towers of your side of the map.
Skinned Ground - Change the ground and rivers on your side.
Skinned Wards (this could even be personal) - change the look of wards.
Skinned Trees - Use different trees, same visibility/juking potential.
Skinned Creeps - Use different creeps.
This can all be sold to teams in the shop. In order to get "team money", members of the team have to enable "share coins with team", or some other method, so that leaders can pool the resources to buy.
