Illusion
Arcanist creates a bubble of magical particles that shield target area from plain sight.

Range: 750 All levels
AoE: 175,250,325,400
Manacost: 135,150,175,200
Cooldown: 40,37,34,31
Duration: 11 All levels
Affects: All units exept Hellbourne and Legion creeps.

Explanation:
He creates a chronos ulti like are that doesnt stop time in it but it makes enemy
heroes and units outside the bubble to be unable to see units inside the bubble, but not blocked by the vision.
But if enemy unit or hero enters the area he can see the other units inside it.
So in example if Arcanist tries to gang someone. He can make Illusion and come
behind enemy and ambush him. Enemy of Arcanist cannot see units inside the AoE in
minimap This picture should explain what the skill does.

Mana Beacon
Arcanist creates a Beacon on a targeted point or allied hero, every time enemy casts a spell the enemy will be pulled to mana beacon. Pulling effect works just like knockback.

Manacost: 125, 140, 155, 170
Cooldown: 40,33,26,18
Duration: 3,5,7,9
Knockback: 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1 range per point of mana used
Knockbacked units travel 350 range per second

Explanation:
Lets say that madman uses Barrel roll. It costs 130 mana and after the spell he gets pulled by 32,5 range.
Over 0.1 seconds.


Magical presence
Arcanist's presence makes all magic around to sift back to him.
Giving mana from every spell cast around him.

Aura range:1000
Mana gained: 5,10,15,20 percent

Explanation:
Simple aura. If someone casts spell near him that costs 200 mana and skill is at level 2. Arcanist gains
20 mana.

Ultimate
Power in the mana
Arcanist channels a link to friendly hero making his spells more powerfull.

Range: 600 to start the cast. Unlimited after, but teleporting with Post Haste, Homecoming stone or with Nymphora's Teleport will cancel the effect on target unit.
Spell efficency: 10,20, 30(40) percent more damage
Manacost: 100,150,200 and for each spell cast by target will the Arcanist lose same amount. If Arcanist runs out of mana. Spell will end.
Duration: 5,7,9(10)
Cooldown: 60 seconds



Spell is channeled. Improved by Staff of the Masters!

5.11.09: Nerfed cooldown on Illusion from 30 27 24 21 to 40 37 34 31
8.11.09: Nerfed damage on Power in the magic from 20 40 60 (80) to 10 20 30 (40)
Completely reworked second skill.

Illusion seems to me very similar to darklady's Ult, which for a spell that can be cast every 30s seems like a Huge advantage. Yes, it has a high mana cost, but from what I gather of the 2nd and 3rd skill Archanist can gain mana from heroes very easily (a mix of magebane's drain and a powersupply lol). Finally the ultimate is an instate kill if teamed with any nuke character (pyro, plague [SCARY], etc). 80% more damage to already deadly ults makes any dmg ult OP. and then a 60s CD = 1+ kills every minute.

Idea: Is interesting but needs much reworking. Illusion is too powerful to not be an ult, and to situational to be one. The mana drain is interesting but needs more explanation because I'm confused how it works similar to maliken. The passive actually seems a little weak to be very useful but idk, that's numbers... and the ult idea is interesting but needs to be different (not just increase dmg).

Yes i am aware that Illusion is really powerfull spell, and you said that you dont understand the mana drain ? Well it works just like Lion's mana drain in DotA but the mana giving part is not channeled. Works just like Razors damage link but it gives your mana to a friend. But about the Maliken refrence i mean that the skill has to icons and two "seperate spells"

Second skill is disappointing. It's boring and not very synergistic.
Third skill is "meh". You don't really need mana that much with this hero, so there's not much of a point in it.
The ult is impractical and based on heroes your team picks. A team with this hero and Pyromancer, Lion, Torturer, Magmus, or other heavy nukers would basically insta-gib the enemy team, which is quite terrible.

Yes i am aware about Ultimates power and i think i am going to nerf it and also change few stuff in his skill set. But remember to vote on concept, not the numbers ! Numbers can be always changed and if you have an idea you should share it with me to make this hero more suitable.
