This is a suggestion to change the current player taunt cooldown.

I would like to suggest that taunt works much more like Berzerker's "mark for death". When you kill the player that you have taunted the cooldown resets available for another kill.
The cooldown will only reset for kills not assists.

As a reward for being able to chain a few taunt kills every successive taunt kill could have a new animation and text depending on how many taunts you own.

Ie you could set it up like this:

First taunt = Dumpster taunt
Second successive taunt = Droppin' G's
Third successive taunt = Chiprel Taunt.

This rewards players for buying more than one taunt and allows them to use them more often and also adds some extra fun to laying the smack down.

No. It will get too spammy and you'll get loads of tryhards spamming taunt when they should be focussing on the teamfight.

I would like the option of choosing one taunt playing repeatedly for every kill, even if you have more than one taunt available.

e.g. multiple kills -> a pile of dumpsters.

Alternative - successfully annihilating with a single taunt selected, a mega smackdown drops.

e.g. annihilate with dumpster taunt -> a dumpster truck drives through the map and picks up the 5 dumpsters.
