Since there are alternative avatars for heroes and couriers,shouldn't we have alternative avatars for Kongor aswell?Like a rock golem,similar to Roshan,A giant Kraken maybe.

Just like on couriers,if one has bought the alt for kongor then both team can see it,if he applied it.

You should add a poll, but also, you could have the alt be decided by whichever team gets the first blood, or just do it randomly as to who actually gets to choose.

What would happen to the currently occuring seasonal Kongor skins then? And how would you decide which team gets to change it?

To be honest, I'd rather not have Kongor have purcjaseable skins at all.

Hmmm lets say,the guy who can change Kongor`s skin is that with the biggest MMR,so both teams can see it without any problems.

In case that Blue and Pink are of same MMR then the priority is going to KD level (Between Blue and Pink).
For public games,same thing,the biggest mmr can change the skin no matter of slot color.
