How do you convert models to the correct file for usage ingame? I believe it's S2Z?

No one is interested in answering something that is already covered by the FAQ(s), Guides and one of the hundred models available in the sub-forums.
Just pick one, open it and learn it by doing.
If you feel offended now -> You won't get a better answer for that question.
