Mods not showing up in options?

Hi I've just come back from a big break from HoN and I have these mods installed but in the options -> Mods tab there is only http://puu.sh/hJJ7.png.
I just installed Stolen_ID's auto pick mod and there is no configure button for it (which obviously it can't be used without being configured)

stolen_ids pick mod can only be activated via honmod manager, and then when you activate it you'll be able to access the mod by clicking it's icon which is next to the PM system ingame.

Instantpick has exactly one option + mod options menu is ugly, i decided to keep everything in the panel where it belongs
If u had looked at description and screenshots u would have noticed that instantpick is a new main menu panel which is controlled with a statusbar button...
