I put asarja's fix for patch 2.5.13 in the first post and on the auto-updater.

The correct Button is the one with the green arrow pointing to the lower right corner of the icon and should work as intended ;)

Oh my god I'm stupid. Thanks! I don't know why, but the the cursor wasn't changing into the "little hand" thing above that green button; it was still clickable though (I use Firefox too).

Updating mods with the new patch makes the Mana Cost mod like the Alternative Version by Quzzap but I want the Standard one...can any one fix and release it? Thank you.

As I mentioned in my post before:
You have to replace the whole <image [...] /> part after "<find><=!=[=C=D=A=T=A=[" of your mod.xml (found in Manacosts.honmod if you open it with e.g. WinRAR) with the one currently found in game.interface of the resources0.s2z in your game folder of HoN. Sorry if that was not clear enough.

Step by step that means:
1) Open Manacosts.honmod / mod.xml and open resources0.s2z / ui / game.interface with a texteditor such as WordPad
2) Search for the template names (for example: template name="ability_button") inside the game.interface and scroll down until you find the <!-- Icon --> Section with the "<image [...] />" part
3) Copy the "<image [...] />" part and replace it in your mod.xml
4) Repeat Step 1 to 3 for all 3 templates ("ability_button", "inventory_button" and "ability_button_small")

I do NOT recommend you to do that if you don't have any clue what exactly you're doing since you will easily break the mod completely if you have any minor mistake in it (one removed [ is already enough so that it won't work anymore and you will have a hard time finding your mistake). Then again, if it's broken already you might aswell give it a try. I won't be responsible for anything though, it's on your own risk.

done that but still Hon_ModMan won't show that edithed version! The thing is i'd really like to understand why this problem is occuring so i can handel such minor tweaks myself.

Would love to version where the mana cost is displayed in the lower left instead of above. I've changed the xml file, but can't copy it into the honmod file or whatever it's called. WinRAR won't allow me and I get a funky error

you forgot to clean some spell mana costs, but that's totally ok. when i say some i don't know how many, just saw them on nomad's W & E and he is the only hero I tried until now.

seem to be the spells which seperate in 2 like nomad, gauntlet, prisoner 945 and so on.
