Silhouette ulti glitch?

I was playing Silhouette today and I noticed whenever I used her Ultimate, (Shadow) the new skill I get after I use it (Like a ninja) Is on cooldown? Cause I used my ulti then i'd have to wait 10 - 25 secs for "like a ninja" to come off cooldown. Just wondering if thats a glitch or not.

Are you sure you weren't pressing the skill twice thus activating the swap as well without noticing?

That could be it, but he said "whenever I used her Ultimate" so I think he used it lots :\.

Mistakes can be easily made if you don't know what you're doing.

This did not occur in practice mode atleast but some things only occur serverside but this is not one of them I think.

This is a topic for bug reports. There is nothing in the mechanics that builds in a cooldown for the illusion swap.
