Mouse Macro delay

Hi guys! First of all i dont know if this is the right place to post.. but i have 1 question and i dont know where to post it.
I want to create a macro for a single target ability:monk: (W) and then use an other one (E) and then again (W). But i dont know how to make the macro wait for my click! The delays are standar like 200msec and so
