Disable Backround Effects

This button is currently broken.
Disable Backround Effects [X] - It won't work if you take it away, or click it.
So basically, moving birds/volcano removed for good or is this a bug right now?


Also - While in SD mode, Around the 3 character slots it's all grey. Around all players 3 character slots, just complete gray.

I have re-installed and the issue is still there. No mods, nothing.
Clean install.

Ideas?

I'll confirm the Disable Background effects bug

Grey SD bug is fixed already. Disable Background effects work, I currently use it. As the tooltip mentions you have to restart your client for it to take effect.

But I did restart my client and see no visual changes :(
