Where do you refill the Bottle?

Other then the starting area ive read there is another place to refill the bottle but i have yet to find it, does anyone know where it is?

You can at runes. Just make sure your bottle is empty and then left click it again than click on the rune.

Gotta pick up a rune with your bottle when it is empty.

I wish I found out about how bottles worked sooner. You have a lot of staying power without draining all your gold.
