I can't seem to get how to do it, I watched that HoN league Jungling guide but still don't get it. I just want some tips on what heros to jungle with, how to do it specificly and stuff like that. Thanks for any help.

What hero are you using? What level are you starting at? What exactly are you trying to do (creep pulling or straight jungling)?

The best way would be to read some guides (you can always go visit the dota forums (dota wiki) and read the jungling guides there, since it's pretty much the same).
Also:
Are you creep pulling?
Do you pull the creeps to your own creep lines to help you out?
Wooden shield does wonder, and lumberjacks axe works nicely too.

Well I havn't tried jungling that much myself in-game yet, I've just heard about people Jungling with Tempest etc in order to level up and stuff, I'm not sure exactly what they do though, which is what I'm trying to find out. Any links to a good guide would also be appriciated.

Well, with Tempest it's all about using his pets. Use the ability on a neutral and you get gold, exp, more pets. Not every hero can jungle tho.

Yes. Furthermore, I'd say only few heroes can do it from the beggining of the game. They would be Tempest, Legionnaire, War Beast, Predator, Ophelia, Wild Soul. From level 5 on you can add Zephyr, Slither, and maybe others which I'm too lazy to think of.
The point is, it's not like just go to the jungle and start killing the neutrals. There are several techniques to optimize your jungling, and that's why you should look for specific guides for each hero you want to jungle with. I'd say that by the time you know what creep pulling, how to creep stack, and which neutrals are bad for your health and which are good for your pocket, then you should be fine to jungle. Just look for guides like this (http://forums.heroesofnewerth.com/showthread.php?t=11992) to learn.
I can't rewrite a guide here for you, sorry. But if you do need further help don't hesitate to contact me (or us).

If you're playing Tempest, as someone pointed out, it's all about using his pets but another important aspect is keeping all your pets alive.
When jungling with summoned units, neutral creeps will often focus-fire a single summon. When this summon gets low on HP, move it out so that the neutrals will change target, then move it back in to continue attacking without taking damage.
When your pets replicate (After attacking several times) they gain full HP so keeping your pet alive this way makes a big difference (Having 6 pets beats having 4 because you let one die).
With Tempest, start with Ring of the Teacher + 2 Mana Potions if you're jungling. Use the Mana Potions while your pets are hitting the neuts, being careful not to let the neuts hit you because that will cancel your Mana Potion.

with a few blights you can double spawn or just effectively attack camps at a faster rate

I'll try to get a new VoD Up, the HoN League guide for jungling is very basic, it just gives you some pointers. You might do better with a full VoD to see how to micro your hero. Remember double pulling creep is only good when you can kill them, otherwise they will kill you!
CHICKEN CHICKEN CHICKEN!
Crucial element of jungling, and the reason why jungling is harder in public games since everyone is selfish and doesn't buy one :(

With tempest I get the mana regen item [325g, forgot what its called] and the rest are mana potions.. I get portal key in 6:30 [record], but averaging 7-8 minutes. So just be smart and efficient and you will do good

Never played Zeph, but I'm pretty sure the more he kills the more health and health regen he gets because of the tornadoes? I think from there he just gets stronger and stronger so he can fight off more neutral creeps.. and if needed he can heal. But that's just a guess, someone correct me please if I'm wrong.

Level up your cyclones every chance you get, and you'll be able to get more. They spawn from every last hit you get, thus it helps if you're good at last hitting. You can also eat them (by pressing the skill) to regen health and mana depending on the amount of cyclones you had. They dont last forever so try to eat them before you think they're going to poof, just takes practice.
