Hi all, I understand what neutral pulling the lane is and why to do it (I frequently do it). But I don't think I'm doing it the most optimal way... Assume a normal babysitter + carry lane.
1. When I creep pull, usually its the babysitter that does it so that the carry gets solo exp for a wave. But I've also saw people that send both their heroes to the neutrals... Whats the best way to do it?
2. If I'm right about only sending the babysitter, how does the carry get last hits while not taking too much creep dmg while the creeps are at the tower?
3. Am I better to auto attack the neutrals and try to last hit them? Only try to last hit them? Auto-attack my own creeps untill I can get a last hit on the neutrals?
4. If someone ward my neutral camp to prevent creep pulling, do people usually counter that with dust or anti-stealth wards?
That should be all for now, thx in advance :)

Really varies on a lane to lane basis. I think for most cases, it's better for a melee carry to pull. Your baby sitter can harass and maintain far better lane control than the melee. But again varies on a lane to lane basis.
2. If I'm right about only sending the babysitter, how does the carry get last hits while not taking too much creep dmg while the creeps are at the tower?
He doesn't if he is a standard melee carry (Hammer/Pest), that's why generally the ranged harasser stays to last hit and stop farming. However, it still depends on what is in the lane. In Madman/Nymph I would say that Nymph should pull because of her fragility and weak damage, while madman can still last hit with stalk. In Pest/Demented I should say that Pest should do it.
3. Am I better to auto attack the neutrals and try to last hit them? Only try to last hit them? Auto-attack my own creeps untill I can get a last hit on the neutrals?
Auto attack your own creeps + last hit. The purpose of pulling is two fold; first, you want pull creeps closer to your own tower for protection, and second, you want to deny enemy heroes XP. Attacking your own creeps once they hit 50% helps both of these.
4. If someone ward my neutral camp to prevent creep pulling, do people usually counter that with dust or anti-stealth wards?
Wards of Revelation. Dust is not cost effective if they simply buy another ward, courier it down and replace it. Also Dust was bugged against wards for a while.
TLDR: This is one of those things that you have to play by ear. Also, you should never pull with two heroes unless your laning opponents head into the forest.

When I play scout, I ALWAYS use my 2nd ward on the creep camp, and put it in the trees so its inaccessible to enemies.
You can also use flying courier to drop a minor totem in the trees to prevent spawn. (bottom creeps, legion)

Item spawn denial is fixed as of 1.50
- Items no longer block neutral creeps from spawning when dropped on the ground

Sorry, this has been patched recently. Items don't work as creep blocks anymore, I believe.
