1 charge is restored every 15 seconds
Can be used in combat (Healing cannot be cancelled by damage)

Maximum of 3 charges

Notes: When given or shared to another player, Bottle effects are reverted to its first form (+135 health and + 70 mana over 3 seconds, can be cancelled by damage)

and this "1 charge is restored every 15 seconds", makes him more overpower.

Its like 11.66hp/sec + 6.66 mana/sec

The battle bottle is more about something that can be used in combat. the Healing and mana buff i gave it can be easily removed

Also. Compare it to Hotbl and SH which give regeneration and an armor boost. Or even Astrolabe which is close to the price bracker which gives an armor boost and +200 health to all allies.

I dont think a pure healing item is so OP within the same price bracket
