Is not a "big" bug and to be honest I don't know even if it is.
Usually I play Parasite with Puzzlebox so I make different hotkeys:
1. Parasite
2. Puzzlebox Wizard and Mauler
3. Parasite, Puzzlebox Wizard and Mauler
4. Puzzlebox Wizard
Now, when I infest the Puzzlebox Mauler (or another random creep) and I press 1 to select Parasite, the game selects "Parasite" not "Parasite -> creep infested by Parasite"
As I said, is not a real bug because you can always create another hotkey each time you infest a creep but I think it should work like I said before: when you select Parasite by hotkey if he is infesting a creep you should select that creep.
