To see this for urself, get a assasin shroud, and a nullfire blade.

1.Charge someone with mana, after charge u'll hit the target up to 1-3 times before the passive even works, the nullfire blade will confirm this, if its not a bug, where is it stated it doesnt work with in (sec) or something, it should be a choice to skill shoot.

Anyway...

2.Go into invis with shroud, hit something. It will show BOTH:

a) Assasin Shroud: Base dmg + 125.
b) Passive Stun: Base dmg + 140 (or something like that.

But it doesnt do all that dmg, why should it be shown anyway?

Could someone allso try this, and say what u think and so on, this have been twisting my braincells for somewhile, not being able to stun when suppose to is insanly ennoying aswell.

Not a bug.

The Stampede projectile impact doesn't use your actual attack. Horned Strike is working fine with Nullfire Blade, I suggest you test this again because both numbers show up.
