NASL Problem

I'm subscribed to NASL Season 2, as shown in the pic below. Initially I could watch in 1080p and then when I refreshed the page I can only watch in 360p.

The payment has gone through on my bank statement as well so there is no issue there. What on earth? And there is no real support that I can access quickly (because the stream is going on right now and I want this problem solved ASAP). wtf? Any way to get a refund?

I don't have a pass and can watch on 720p/1080p.

Probably some internal issues.

Yeah, my friend is watching with me and he could watch in 1080p without subscription. Still, I subscribed solely to watch the finals in good quality and I cant. Complete BS if you ask me... Ive tried refreshing several times and still no success. I hope they will show mercy and refund me for this because quite frankly its unacceptable.

Try logging out and logging back in via twitch.tv at top right corner, not in the stream window.

Thanks Kolapz, that seems to have worked. Still an unecessary hassle, though.
