HoN TV ignores the setting ingame and takes the windows default soundcard, so the HonTV sounds comes out of the speakers while the headset is selected. I guess the problem occurs because HonTV is loading another process and is not working within HoN but externally (since it is just like a internet browser ingame) and thus taking the windows default sound.
No minimize by default (which could solve other problems and it's quite annoying to not have minimize, when the window is always on top)
Double-click returns to twitch.tv instead of resizing pop-up (which I assume is shown initially and it doesn't exist when double clicked)
When double-clicked (and in regular twitch.tv view), fullscreen mode starts to work, but opens video in a new window (well, that's the only part of HoN TV actually behaving like it does in twitch.tv)
HonCast is Online! notification plays at improper times.
When full-screened, everything is shifted to the left.

Hello,
I use a USB Headset and Speakers, therefore I have 2 soundcards shown in my PC. The windows default are my speakers, so I can listen to music etc. Since HoN has a nice feature to change the soundcard ingame, I can setup my headset to use ingame while keeping the windows default to speakers.
The problem with the issue is the following:

Am I the only one experiencing; watching the streams (Testies f.x.) through the new tool in-game, doesn't load the video? I get the odd ad when I watch, but otherwise, it simply doesn't play..
I can watch it just fine through Twitch.tv without any issues.. My apologies for double post..
Furthermore, is full-screen working for anyone? :)

Ok, found the problem. I pretty much just use Chrome as my browser and that has flash integrated already. And for IE my other browser it downloads a specific flash player for it. Here is how to instal the non IE browser flash.
Use any browser not chrome to get to the following site and download. If you use Chrome it will say Chrome comes with flash already installed.
Go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
Select your OS
then select Other browser that is not internet explorer
Once installation completes you will be able to watch it.

I am sure this will work for a lot of others, for me, however, I just needed to re-enable Bullguard in order to allow Awesomium to run through my system, then it streamed just fine.. :)
I do run Chrome aswell, which is why I didn't get why it wouldn't work.. :)

Woops.. Just ALT+Tab to get to the new window where it's in fullscreen, if you were as dumb as me.. :) ..

It lets me select everything alright but when I pick a stream or pick a video to watch it just goes to a blank hon.tv page and wont load anything.
Im running vista 64bit and thats probably why but if there is a way to fix this please help.

Same Problem, Windows 7 64-bit, mods turned off!

I play HoN in a window mode and it seems that when I click HoNTV, despite it not being available for Mac yet, the HoNTV window is too large and looks like below. I can move the window around with the toolbar at the top, but can not make it smaller.

Any chance S2 can fix this to work with Chrome natively somehow? Or at least prompt downloading the Flash player?
Edit: Hmm, installed Flash player on IE but HoN TV still doesn't work. Does a non-Chrome browser have to be the default browser?

I'm not sure where to post this as this is more of an interface suggestion rather than an actual bug.
The stream chat in HoNTV should be attached to the side of the HoNTV window rather than in the HoN chat interface. The way it's set up, I have to hide the video to see the chat and put the video over the chat to see the video.
If this could be better placed elsewhere, or if I'm missing something, please let me know!

Have you checked your Firewall / Antivirus , to make sure it allows Awesomium v1.6.2? A bit more info on what you experience would be helpful aswell.

Good Day,
after installing the new patch i have tried to run the HON TV option within the game, i am able to see the options and browse between them, but when i choose a file (VOD or LIVE) the end result is the same i am no able to view them.

Whenever I log in, I get the notification
"Honcast Stream is now online!"
When I remove it, log out and log back in it's there again.
It always shows the current date and time so it's not just an old notification appearing again.
And no, Honcast is not online. :P

is it just me or has honcast update causing alot of crashs at start of game? i have adsl2 internet so ins not my connection thats the problem

Like the 2 guys above me i have the same problem....after today's patch full screen honTV is shifted to the left so you cant see some of it.

S2- Are you guys viewing this thread? We are waiting for a fix for this!! We can't view it in miniature mode and the maximize mode is still off to the left!!

I can see the shadowblade preview video in full screen fine but using HoNTV its still shifted to the left.

I'm having the same issue too. Ever since a recent patch, HoNTV can't be viewed in full-screen w/o shifting all the way to the left.
Being that the image is way too small to watch in the small screen, I was hoping for a reply by now on how to fix this.
