Candle Stick: place gadget at target location that can not be killed unless LIT. The LIT effect provides a bright light that reveals 1000 sight day and night for 12 seconds. After 1 second of the Candle being LIT there is WAX debuff applied to enemies 200 units around the Candle Stick that slows movement speed from 100% to 0% over 2 seconds and then becoming frozen (stun effect) for 0.1/0.2/0.3/0.4 of a second.

Actually I was more thinking along the lines of a Yu-Gi-Oh card :P

Hollow Touch: Everytime you attack, you also attack every unit within a 300 AoE of that unit, dealing no damage.

Macabre Waltz: (Passive togglable) Any dying creep within 750 AoE will ressurect with full life under your control, with a dot which deals 5% Max HP per second. When they attack, they will be healed by the amount done (lifesteal) and the same amount deal will heal you. (Int Pusher ftw)

Hello! After a brief cast time of waving to your target which is 380/430/520/570 units away, both targets casually walk up to each other at a move speed of 150 units for a maximum of 2.6/2.9/3.3/3.5 seconds and then both deal 1 attack to the other with yours dealing 100/170/240/300% bonus damage; which then removes the Hello! state. If the target doesn't deal an autoattack they are inflicted with Dishonour for 2.5 seconds dealing 50/80/110/140 magic damage a second.

Meaning of Life: The target is struck with his own Mortality taking 42 magic damage per second for 3/4/5/6 seconds. If the target dies, the castor has the mana used for this skill refunded and the skill comes off Cooldown.

Odyssey: Active - Sends target unit on a journey through the lands, dispelling them from the map for 5 / 10 / 15 seconds. Upon returning, target will be equipped with the Eye of the Cyclops if target was strength, Tooth of Scylla if the target was agility or Tongue of a Siren. Each of these items lasts for 1 minute or until used. If target had a full inventory, the effects of said item will be on the unit when he returns

Eye of the Cyclops: Grants 10 / 15 / 20 % damage reduction and 50 % splash for 20 seconds.

Tooth of Scylla: Grants 30 / 40 / 50 % extra attack damage and 30 % attack speed for 20 seconds.

Tongue of a Siren: Grants 15 / 30 / 45 % reduced cooldowns and 100 % manaregen for 20 seconds.

Gabriel's Horn: Active - A wave of destructive energy barrels out from the hero, increasing in width as it travels further away from the hero. Travels across the entire map at a speed of 500 movement speed, expanding as it goes. Deals 200 / 300 / 400 magical damage.

Finite space. Infinite pwnage.

I think I got the right Gabriel's Horn, or atleast I hope so. I'm not that great at mathematical conundrums. Oh, and the spell is completely overpowered. Hoho.

Broken Visage: Active - Target enemy hero is afflicted with Twisted Vision for 5 / 7 / 9 seconds.

Twisted Vision: Every healthbar on the entire map freezes for the duration of the spell, all skills will be randomly shuffled but appear to be at their regular spot until you cast them and all cooldown timers will stop.

I see you see what I saw you wanted not to not see.

Doom Cannon: Places a cannon on your current position, facing in target direction. The cannon will charge over 5 seconds, after which it will release a blast damaging anything in 3000 range by up to 500/800/1100.
The cannon can be destroyed in 6 hits, after which it will automatically release any energy stored, dealing reduced damage.

Targeted(ultimate) - After 1 second channeling, a powerful blast is released, has 99999 range, undisjointable. The blast causes a severe rift in newerth after striking the target with such unfathomable force. The targeted unit is stunned for 2 seconds and has the "Doomed" debuff applied to them.
"doomed" effects- The next hero attack used on the "doomed" will deal 3-4-5-6x damage, OR the next spell cast on the "doomed" target will deal 2-3-4x damage. If a item is used, its effect is doubled.

Preparing for the onslaught, after a 0.5 second CAST TIME, the destroyer lowers his shield and prepares for the onslaught. When cast, the "prepared" debuff is applied for 60 seconds or for 5/7/9/11 counters.
"Prepared" effects- 25/45/65/80% chance to take 1/2 damage and reflect the other half back to the opponent who launched the attack, works on ALL incoming damage from heroes.

Beastly Flay A skill that can activate with up to 4 charges (like Staccato) in quick succession. The user slashes violently at the skin of his foes, tearing it asunder with no regard for his well being. The first hit deals 150% attack damage, the second deals 125% attack damage and 25% to the user, the third deals 75% attack damage and 50% to the user and the final hit deals 35% attack damage and 75% to the user.

Select a target in 400 range. Applies the Leashed effect to both yourself and the enemy hero, preventing either of you from moving farther than 600 units away from your original point. Deals 50/150/250/350 True Damage to self.

After 2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds the effect is removed, dealing 200 Magic Damage to the enemy. If the target is slain through this damage or during the duration of the leash, heals the hero for 100/200/300/400 and provides them with a 10% movement and attack speed bonus. If the hero fails to kill his target during the duration of the ability he is dealt a further 100 magic damage.

(This is basically cauterize from WoW, in a much stronger version).
