Is Nomad's Edge Counter removing Dust of Revelation in match 68328160, time 16:31? Is it suppose to?

Yes it's supposed to, it removes all StatusDebuffs if it procs successfully.

Seems like it should be balance-fixed, huge cooldown on dust of revelation makes it horrible in public. Yet shouldn't have any impact on on competitive games where the nomads invis would be heavily countered if he was ever picked.

they are on the website but should also be in game just one less thing that new players should have to look up imho.

No, cast points are parseable and are not integrated into the tooltip.
