I have changed localization to RUS, which buggy and suck in the result.
But At now I can't find how to change localization back to EN. I have waste about 30 minutes in tryes to find where is it. But no luck.

You have to disconnect your account and see at the top

Correct.

You need to log out first.
After that you can change the language at the top left section of your screen.
