Forum Support Volunteers

I was wondering if there is some email or application process to this,
or if the current moderators are handpicked for their contributions to the
community in general and the public. If this was so, I was wondering if at
any point in time an application per say for volunteer support will ever exist for people who would like to take a part in S2Games further and have past abilities and moderating forums, etc.

Right now there's just the tech support volunteers. There's a test for that in the forum.

Moderators are nominated currently, and there isn't a test.
