If Matyr with Guardian Angel active dies and he has a Sacrificial Stone, does he gain AoE exp and exp from the target he was sheilding with GA?

Yes, he does.
Unfortunatly it's hardly usefull.

And you would be very fortunate to gain this item in the duration where the bonus exp would be useful given Martyr's 'exciting' method of aquiring gold (assist gold or blatant killstealing).
