Hi, recently I've lost my sound and I think it is caused by Spotify. Does anyone have experinces with HoN and Spotify running together? Then im having a big lag problem with Spotify lunched, playing songs from synced mode.. :S ?
Please help especially the sound problem, I have no sound at all??

I play music with spotify while playing and I have no problems at all. :/

Hmm its pretty annoying my friend does too.. its like the sound is muted, but everything is fine in options..

if any of your sound settings change or if you connect a new device on Win7, you lose all sound in HoN until you restart the client. I thought it was just the new device thing, as I would sometimes not have my headset connected when I started the game, then plug it in and have to restart HoN. Yesterday I was fiddling with the settings while in-game, turned on the Headset Virtualization setting in Windows, BAM No sound for HoN. Had to restart the client. Might want to check if spotify is diddling your windows sound settings.

Next time, try go into your Volume Control, and see if the game has been muted from there.
A lot of the modern media/music players, attempts to decrease the sound of other applications, as they come in focus. So Spotify may reduce the sound of HoN to 0%, because it realizes you want to hear music, not HoN :3

The so called Volume Control do you mean a specific for Spotify because I have thought of the same thing but I could not find any option for this

Thx for the answer I've tried to start HoN without even opening spotify at all so it cant be that, it was my first thought too.
But when I log into a different computer with spotify the sound is gone too on my account :S But my irl mate has spotify and it doesnt has any effect on his gameplay or sound
Please post in tech support for things like this.
