View Full Version : [Art] Custom Icon Upload?
Did anyone try to upload a new icon, throughout this past week?
I tried all size, resizing, changing the picture format to png, gif, jpg.
Nothing..... Cant seem to get it to upload...
What icon are you trying to upload, what size is the file? What error messages are you getting?

had same issue, but it doesnt show an error, just: It has been uploaded wait up to 24 hours, and nothing happens.. waited like a week or so now !!
Brougth 2 custom icon slot, but none of them works!
Link me your icon please - i will be able to check it in the GM Panel.

I've got the problem where my icon only works on the forums but in the game it's just 2 white and 2 black squares as my picture. Tried the deleting of the cachefolders and writing some stuff in the console but that didn't seem to solve it for me =(

Same problem here.
JukerKing: The icon is too large which is why it will not upload - please resize it to the correct dimensions.
Trouler/Co2Noss: Do you have any mods running? If so please disable them and try again, the next step is to do a full clean re-install. If that still doesnt work update me here :)

No mods running at all. Urgh, a full reinstall? It's not like it takes too much time or anything, but fixing all my settings again isn't really a fun thing to do. Is there any config file somewhere I can save so I won't have to rebind, fix the sound to exactly where I want it and all that fuzz?

Your image must be the exact dimension of 128x128, the file size must be below 50 kb, cannot contain any transparent effects or animations and must be saved as a JPEG, PNG or GIF

Certain images (mostly GIF) have issues in-game and cannot be read properly causing the display of black and white squares. This essentially means your image is faulty and your issue won't be fixed unless you upload a different image.
