Do Abyssal Skull and other lifesteal items like WhisperingHelm stack? ive been wondering for a while and havnt been able to get a answer better than "maybe" so far

Yes!
Since Abyssal is an aura, it will stack with Lifesteal Modifiers.

To clarify, Abyssal Skull will stack with all other Lifesteal properties. However, Whispering Helm and Hungry Spirit will not stack. All Lifesteal properties will NOT stack, but Abyssal Skull will stack with all other Lifesteal properties.
The easiest way to think of it is by splitting the Lifesteals two different properties.
Aura:
Abyssal Skull
Self:
Whispering Helm
Symbol of Rage
Hungry Spirit
Elder Parasite
Aura will stack with Self, but Aura will not stack with Aura and Self will not stack with Self.

Another thing to note: Everything stacks with predator's spell.

A third note to make, is that Abyssal Skull's aura does not affect ranged heroes.

Pro tip for the OP: If you buy Abyssal Skull on Arachna, DTT or myself will kill you in your sleep.

In her defense (MsFit's, not the OP), Abyssal used to work on Arachna and used to be a good item for her. Now, without the lifesteal, it sucks. :D

To be honest, never buy both. Also, don't buy abbyssal as a carry. Let a support hero take it, or if you are in a heavy melee team. The item itself, ain't so good.

Granted, both the other have active effects, but Whispering Helm's isn't that great unless you're stacking creeps or good enough at micro to keep that Wolf Commander out of harm's way. At least Whispering builds into Symbol of Rage.
But if you're not playing pro, building an Abyssal seems like it would do more to win fights (especially team fights) than either of the other two items.

You'd think that, but it doesn't. I got destroyed the other game playing duplicate heroes (pharoah vs pharoah) when I got abyssal and he got whispering. He didn't dominate either.
I was winning before I got that item. Boo me.

Yeah, but again, that's a 1v1 situation. Not what Abyssal is for. If you're making a team push at level 10 at mid and one of you has Abyssal, everyone benefits from 5 armor (nothing to sneeze at) and 15% base damage, and the 2 or 3 melees should get a nice buff from the 15% lifesteal, which will stack with another lifesteal. I am noobish though, but on paper it seems like a decent item for the money on a support hero, especially if there's a Predator on your team.
Whispering Helm gives you more damage than Abyssal if you are dealing 133 damage or less, not including +damage items IIRC. The best argument for Whispering Helm over Abyssal is the fact that you can take control of a creep - boosting your potential greatly. Furthermore, you can turn Whispering Helm into Symbol of Rage later if needed.
Not to mention that Whispering Helm affects ranged!

Even if the lifesteal worked you shouldn't be buying Lifesteal on Arachna :p

Shieldbreaker stacks with lifesteal?Lifesteal (except for Pred's) takes a portion of the damage you cause, so if you cause more damage you'll steal more life.
