Flux - empath

Herro, when :flux: ults he can't push/pull :empa: through her own wall.

It looks to obvious to be a bug, but I couldn't find a similar thread on this.

If someone would be so nice to explain why :flux: can't drag empath through her own wall, that would be great.

I can understand that it is :flux: that ults, enemy target, but it's still :empa: that doesn't go through her wall.

I was in the same game as Broodje when this occurred.

Does Flux create an allied gadget that applies to enemies that CANT pass through the wall?

This probably has less with what Flux can't or can't do but rather how the wall is. Since Flux's ult can't go off cliffs, I would assume this would be the interaction with the wall mechanics.

But, technically Empath should go through her own wall... it's not resisting her like a cliff would. I am going to test this in a practice game, just to see. Logically she as the unit should be dragged through her own wall, it doesn't block her when she is running.

Also going to test, technically if an enemy player Tablet Of Commands her through her own wall. She as a unit should not get through. But she would be able to Tablet Of Command herself to successfully get into the wall. Will post back shortly.

Okay so Fluxes Ultimate does not pull her through her own wall. But Tablet Of Command does when Flux uses it against Empath. The wall mechanics just confused me a little bit. So what I gathered from Evil_Andrex is that Empath's Wall ability is similar to the cliffs.

Walls can be on a flat surface and technically should allow to bring them through...

Personally I think it should be changed. Can't state this as a fix, because they probably programmed her wall to act as a cliff but allies to walk through it. Not sure if they need to change the programming of Flux's Ultimate or Empath's wall.

This is probably a headache to fix. This would likely require a change in Empath's wall, the major difference is that tablet can go over cliffs where as Flux's ult can't.

Can't be fixed with script anyway, it's a pathing thing.
