either Over Powered or Original Poster, depending on context

Overpowered or Imbalanced.

Scout for example is a token of an imbalanced hero, with a 25% chance to crit for x2 and disarming an opponent from doing anything for 2 seconds and coming out of stealth with an instant 4 hits and most likely 1/4 stun + with a brutalizer of ministuns and repeated disarm crits then shooting an ultimate that can do 250 + 30% of your MAX HP (e.g. Legionnaire takes from 3K Max HP about 1150 damage) with a 30 second cooldown and maim afterwards going into vanish and repeat = lolpwned.

Arachna is also another hero capable of orbwalking anyone who cannot disable/stun/blink with an ultimate lowering attack/movement speed by 80% for about 8-10 of your own hits and 5 from a spider (225 per hit physically) equivalating to about 1k damage from the spider and the ability to either run away or orbwalk them further.

Let's not forget Moon Finale which early-mid game can kill pretty much any hero and isn't really possible to dodge coupled with her bouncing effect she can grind up like a beast in lanes.

:)

edit: if they say "regarding to OP this is X X Z Y" that's Original Poster.
