Actually he wasn't raging at all. He was pretty calm and objective in stating some of the issues that plague HoN.

He also criticised the DotA2 Beta for several things:

- the very small player pool (which leads to very long waiting times)
- the shop (which he wanted to be more like the one from CS)
- skill animations being barely visible

All I'm saying is fix the damn servers holy **** how does a problem persist for so long (since retail on and off?). In general it is best to make small number changes not drastic reworks every time. It is a shame because I have always liked S2 since the Savage days, however, I think they have bitten off more than they can chew with this game.

They were probably happy with what they had, then saw how well Riot was doing, but they cannot ramp up to compete with that.

I work for a similar smallish software firm and see a lot of the same mistakes, it is easy to do and still be successful.

By the time you really pay attention to those mistakes it is too late.
