Just something I noticed when playing Master of Arms. If you use your ult on someone across the map, you don't get an assist. I think this should be changed. It's much the same as :jera: getting assists for Charm, or :accu: getting assists for shields/heals, even if those skills didn't directly affect the enemy heroes.

I guess on the flip side, can anyone think of any reasons why it shouldn't give assists?

I disagree personally. Similar to this: http://forums.heroesofnewerth.com/showthread.php?t=294660

Anything Global is too easy to rack up assists with, IMO.

We'll see how the community votes.

I suppose that's a fair point, but I think there is a big difference between Warbeast's damage buff giving assists and MoA's ult giving assists. For one, it's an ultimate. Two, you actually have to be paying attention to what's going on across the map and use it at the correct time, and it only affects one person. If you're going to go that route, then it seems like Vindi's ult shouldn't give an assist.

Vindi's ult has a negative effect on the enemy, moa's ult doesn't. He's fine now the way he is.

Wait. Vindi's ult gives an assist? Quick make a suggestion thread to remove this!
