Visual and Sound: He should look very similar to the picture above and moving he should say things like “Let’s move” or “OUT OF MY WAY!” and when attacking it should be phrases like “Draw.” or “Your dead meat partner.” His death animation should depict him falling to the ground then a few shots being fired off.

Story: Revolver was once a man, revered as the best gunman in Newerth in a time that has yet to come. Pulled from time by Chronos into hell, wiped of his memory and physically warped in the pits of hell he is only left with belief that the Legion did this to him. The world’s greatest gunman the world has yet to see now fights for the Hellbourne.

Role: Revolver provides early game harassment capabilities with his burst damage and dot spells, helps move team in and out of situations, provides damage in ganks, and provides slow and damage in team fights, further classification when people know what to call him.

Skills

Skill 1: Combustion Bullet [Q]

Description: Revolver shoots an exploding bullet at his target dealing initial burst damage then setting the target aflame for a time.
Type: Target
Range: 400/450/500/600
Mana: 100/120/130/130
Cooldown: 20/18/16/14
Cast Time: .5s
Level 1: 100 Dmg, 30 burn dmg/sec for 5 sec.
Level 2: 125 Dmg, 30 burn dmg/sec for 5 sec.
Level 3: 150 Dmg, 30 burn dmg/sec for 5 sec.
Level 4: 175 Dmg, 30 burn dmg/sec for 5 sec.

Skill 2: Book’en it!

Description: Revolvers a master of getting into range or getting out of danger and makes sure his teammates get the hint.
Type: Self
Range: 0 (300 for allies)
Mana: 80
Cooldown: 15/15/10/10
Cast Time: Instant
Level 1: 10% move speed, unitwalk, allies in 300 radius gain 20% move speed, last 5s for all.
Level 2: 15% move speed, unitwalk, allies in 300 radius gain 20% move speed, last 5s for all.
Level 3: 25% move speed, unitwalk, allies in 300 radius gain 20% move speed, last 5s for all.
Level 4: 30% move speed, unitwalk, allies in 300 radius gain 20% move speed, last 5s for all.

Skill 3: Skilled Shot

Description: Revolver concentrates his shot to cripple his enemies.
Cooldown: 20s
Type: Target
Range: 800
Mana: 80/100/120/120
Cast Time:1s
Level 1: 100% for 2x Crit, 0.5s stun, armor reduced by 10 % for 8s.
Level 2: 100% for 2x Crit, 0.5s stun, armor reduced by 10 % for 10s.
Level 3: 100% for 3x Crit, 0.5s stun, armor reduced by 12 % for 12s.
Level 4: 100% for 3x Crit, 0.5s stun, armor reduced by 14 % for 14s.

Skill 3 option #2: Boot to the face!
Description: Revolver doesn't like when people get to close to him, thus BOOT TO THE FACE!!!!
Mana: 80
Range: melee
Type: target
Cooldown: 20s
Level development: Unit is pushed back 400, any unit he hits in the process is pushed bounced back for 25% less than the one before it, bounces 1/2/3/4 units. Ends when a person is bounced and doesn’t hit anyone or completes total bounces. Units bounced suffer a movement slow of -25 for 5s


Ultimate: Bullet Rain

Cooldown: 100s
Type: Area
Range: 650
Mana: 150/160/180
Cast Time:0.5, 0.5s to hit ground
Level 1: 200 initial damage, 30% move slow in area, 50 dmg/sec for every sec they stay in area.
Level 2: 250 initial damage, 30% move slow in area, 55 dmg/sec for every sec they stay in area.
Level 3: 300 initial damage, 30% move slow in area, 60 dmg/sec for every sec they stay in area.
*ultimate lasts 5s

Ult option #2: High Noon

Description: Revolver challenges an enemy hero to a one on one fight, TO THE DEATH! Both heroes walk 600 units(same as his attack range) from each other (each 100 units revolver gets a 20/35/50% chance to shoot the enemy for 20/35/50% of his dmg) once both heroes reached their spots the duel begins but since Revolver is the quickest in the west he gets a atk speed bonus of +20. Both heroes are silenced for duration.
Manacost: 150/160/180
Range: 100(or lower)
Type:Target
Cooldown:100s
Duration: Until hero dies or Coward is triggerd
After ult has been triggered skill becomes Coward which breaks High Noon at cost of 50/65/80% of his current mana. This skill can't be used if revolver has 300/200/100 mana or less.
Both units are silenced for duration and can be attacked by outside forces. This makes it an ult you really want to do when only 1v1 or against a hero that's moved back from a tam fight. Both heroes get unit,tower,tree, and cliffwalk so people don't bump each other (thx to Garche for pointing this out), heroes are pushed to the closest available spot once ult is finished.

Please provide constructive criticism, I’d gladly change parts of him to make him stronger or more balanced so I can move him out of sandbox:D.

I really like him, he certainly seems like a hero who could very easily fit in to HoN.

My only issue (it's not really an issue) is that he has no unique spell types. It's all quite generic.

Not that that's an ultra bad thing, as I said, Revolver could easily fit into HoN, I just think some unique abilities would be a good thing.

Interesting yes, realistic no, I desighned him to be easily breaked thus only usable if used on a very weak hero or if revolver was ridiculously feed to be able to survive a 1v1 especially against a tank or carry.

I have a suggestion for his ulti.

The Revolver challenges a unit to a one on one match, with neither escaping until one of them dies. Basically, the Revolver targets a unit and he and that unit fights with none of them moving away until one of them is dead. Gives the Revolver a nice boost to attack speed.

Actually, think of High Noon as a disable. A really long one. Your allies can attack the target unit, with you having max attack speed against the target. I mean, get a Brutalizer dude and be happy. :3

i thnik his first skill should have at least a range of 600 since his normal attack has range of 600. and during high noon whoever gets first shot off gets a crit.

k, I added range to skill one but in regards to your comment on his ult, any melee unit he duels will be to far away to put in a crit, it would be fine against another ranged hero but I think crits should be left coming from the items one has.

Also, give a temporary unit, cliff, building, treewalking buff to Revolver and the target of High Noon. You're going to have blocking problems if you don't.

skill 1 too powerful

250 magical damage for 1 skill point is too much. Consider scaling the dot or the initial damage.
