We are working on resolving the issues that some players are experiencing. Most of you should see the issues start to dissolve in about 15 minutes and everything should be pretty clear by the end of the day.

If there are any other resounding issues that are not cleared up later today we will continue to read all the feedback and ensure we get everything resolved.

Ive been playing this game almost since beta and i love it, but the fact that u screw up this game so much by failing friday after friday, with the same mistakes is so annoying that im seriously thinking of playing LoL (god forbid it) and dota2 when that comes.
U got a huge comunity who is backing u guys up againt dota2 and LoL and still u manage to dissapoint us every time u patch!!!
How hard can it be to fix the same problem u had 10 weeks ago and 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 weeks ago?

Plz live up to all the money and time ppl are spending on ur game, or u will loose so many players.

Hi I am a Mac user and when I open HoN the prompt comes up asking if I want to update and I click yes and the notification goes away which is when the progress bar should show up but it remains blank. I don't know if the update is installing but just not showing anything or what but I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem?

I just open the game and when I click on update the system download a 0.50 MB of and update and is a DOWNGRADE from the 2.1.7.1 to 2.1.7.0, and when I get back and login automatically join and I can't find game because I have an older patch...

ATTENTION ALL MAC USERS:

This is a thread that has work arounds for updating issues. It suggests, if you use a mac, to open HON from your applications folder instead of from the desktop or dmg. So I dropped my HON icon in the applications folder and opened it from there... and now the patch will download. I hope this works for others.

Seriously what is the trouble with the login and chat servers?
Ive been having these problems for the last 2 weeks or so.

First, If I can log in, I'm most likely not connected to chat servers or MM.

Second, If I am connected and try to play a game, it will most likely not connect, and get "No Response" message.

Third, When I now try to fix this problem by re logging and re starting the game, I am back to square one.

I really hope this will be fixed soon cause it is draining the living soul out your game.

I have the same problem, the interface asks me if i would like to update, after clicking yes the bottom area of the screen goes black and nothing happens ( i left my computer running for 20 minutes hoping it would update but nothing happened) Again i am a mac user. I would just like to express my frustration, that frequently the game will shut down right after the picking phase. Everyone lets give the s2 team a break. They work hard at making more problems, and do their best to ignore the existing. We should commend them for all the times the servers are down, the games not recording, and should appreciate the loss of any accomplishment you get from the games such as coins and stats.

We all know the team is hard at work drawing goofy pictures and coming up with ways to charge it's players, and we should back them 100%, after all, isnt that what we all want and expect from a gaming company?

Suuure you can point to blizzard, or any other gaming company in the world and say they dont have even half the problems, but really, isnt this what makes HoN, HoN? What would be S2 or HoN without a litter of problems that never get solved, it is in fact their trademark, so lets support them for always letting us be the ones to take it up the rear.

Ok so I try to login and it takes almost 4 minutes to LOGIN. Then i try to join a MM game and after double the "average" wait time, i connect to a game with only THREE other people and SIX gray slots.... so i go to public instead and it takes about 2 minutes to refresh a game list of about 200 games.... so i join a game and after about 30 seconds it tells me that my "account couldnt be verified try logging in again"..... IM FUUCKING VERIFIED AND IVE PAID OVER 40$ to play this SHIIT GAME. S2 is collecting peoples money, then NOT DELIVERING a FUUCKING GAME TO PLAY. Why dont you people at s2 INVEST in your gamers and buy or upgrade your servers?! I have not even seen a post explaining the ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE performance of your game. COMMUNICATE OR GIVE REFUNDS. Take a hint from Blizzard, they have made millions on amazing titles and they have ALWAYS put the gamer first. I played TMM match #60362293 'till end. After victory I disconnected as supposed to, but no stats were recorded and the game ID isn't shown in the "last 20 matches" list.
Please fix, so I do get my stats...

Game is crashing in almost every match. I have to keep updating and downloading the patch. Which makes a reconnect in game a loss, coz of the amount of time spent out of the match. Am i the only one who has to keep patching after i exit and get back into the game? Hope it is fixed soon. I must say since the game has gone free, it seems to be crashing alot more. The servers are also having lag issues, more then before.

If nothing else the paying players should be compensated, in some way, for spending money on your faulty product.
