Perma following friend, can never join TMM because I don't have "hosting privileges"

I've tried 3 different accounts (xpinchx, Hotpocketz, and one of my other alts) and I can never join TMM with my friend Snackeyez. Once MM finds a game it starts to load them boots our whole team because we don't have hosting privileges or something to that effect. I read somewhere it might be due to having a friend on follow, but for some reason no matter which account I'm on I always have him on follow even if I click don't follow. I could be afk on the main screen and my friend will log in and I automatically follow him to every lobby.

Again, it doesn't matter which account I'm on, and it's only with this one friend. Help?

Try removing him as friends, or reinstalling. Anyone else getting this issue.

Make sure you have no mods.
