I've looked everywhere but I just can't seem to find any.

Is there a mod that shows (like with white text on top of the hp/mana) the amount of HP/mana? Not in % but in the actual numbers?

It is actually possible with Player Names Lite in conjunction with Selected Hero Health. Use the search function to find the mods.
