I was playing monkey king and it appeared when I got helm of.the black legion and a block occured I did not get.knocked off nimbus. Not sure if.it works with regular shield

If you block all the damage, then no damage is taken and there is no reason to be knocked off. Can you verify that it did more than 40 damage?

Source damage > 0 will set it off.
Even if it's 0.0000001, it's still >0
