Click on coin giveaway and then on the right, click the blue highlight words "redemption page" it'll be slow but it takes u to the right link. As far as I can tell there are different keys for coins and icon because there are 2 giveaways. Try my solution a few posts back and see if you can get a key for the icon.

What a scam.
On the redeem site, I entered the code for Gold coins, a message appeared saying Gold coins have been added and when i loged in HoN, I had the same amount of gold coins but somehow i received the icon which i did not want.
Give me my Gold coins!!!

That's the link I tried for both my gold codes, it's the same redemption section for the last 100 gold coin giveaway they did with Alienware, only it worked before. Needless to say on this account I didn't redeem anything before, and now it won't work at all. :\

I have the same redirect problem as you guys but I got my icon even though I had a code since March. Here's what to do:

Step 1: Google for "alienware giveaway hon icon" and when you find the page press to view the cached version.

Step 2: It might require you to login and it will redirect you to the normal (not the cached version) page. You can safely login and after that you will receive the key.

Step 3: Enter the key in the page mentioned in the original post.

EDIT:
Step 4: Apparently you still have to purchase something in the store to make it show up in the vault after redeeming.

I think they've fixed the bug. If anyone will follow my guide from now on, check first if you have the icon in the vault before proceeding with step 4.

If you already received coins in March or July, then you will not receive any other coins. It is the same promotion as in March and July

Go in to the HoN Store and Open Vault, then you will find your Icon under the Account Icon tab. I belive you need to have bought "unlock account icon" from the store before you can use it/see it though, not sure.

if u copied and pasted the key in make sure there is no space in the beginning or end... it took me 3 tries but i found that there was indeed a space at the beginning u have to delete that space

I tried both of these last night. I know I got my coins and I took advantage of the sale and picked up another hero.

I also submitted the icon key as well and it claims it worked.

The weird part was finding the right place to enter your key information. Once you click on "Get KEY" it takes you to a screen that doesn't have a link to go to the redemption page. The previous page does however so before you click on get key open a new tab in your browser.
